What began in 2019 as Gamestersbay—a modest 300 sq. ft. video game store focused on repair and cleaning services—has transformed into what

is now Level Up Racine, a cornerstone of the local gaming community.

Initially operated by a single person, the store gained momentum when a partnership was formed with a board gamer accountant. This collaboration led to relocating to a spacious 1,500 sq. ft. downtown Racine location and a reimagining of the business. To better reflect its mission and rebuild its reputation, the store was renamed Level Up Racine, setting the stage for a new chapter.

Today, Level Up Racine offers a wide array of services, including hosting parties, lounge rentals, gaming tournaments, trades, buys, and consignments. It has also partnered with getoffthestreets.org to provide greater community support and foster inclusivity. By collaborating with initiatives such as COP (Community-Oriented Policing) houses, Level Up Racine has become more than a business—it's a vital community hub where gaming and connections thrive.

Though the name Gamestersbay remains in use behind the scenes for legalities and paperwork, Level Up Racine proudly carries forward the legacy of hard work, dedication, and passion poured into the business.
